Crafty IPA
At the heart of every good beer is hops. We designed our IPA to push hops to its limits. Not only do we add hops to the boil of the beer, but we also take it a step further by adding hops to the fermented cold beer. The strong emphasis on hop aromas is matched with a strong malt base and a higher alcohol percentage to round things off. Crafty’s IPA is characterized by juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavours, the beer has a smooth mouthfeel, and a slightly hazy appearance.

Colour: gold to copper
Taste: Bitterness, rounded by malty sweetness
Crafty Golden Ale
Perfect thirst crusher for a golden afternoon in the city under the sun. We created a delicate balance between the hops and malt to create our iconic Golden Ale. This resulted in the creation of a fruity clean taste. Similar tropical taste to the IPA right? But what’s more? We paired some of our favourite hops and lowered the alcohol percentage on this one to 5% abv, which makes it a highly session-able beer.

Colour: straw to medium Blonde
Taste: medium bitterness and maltiness
Crafty Lager
What happens when you bring down the hop influence and dial up the maltiness? You create our signature, Crafty Lager. Crafty’s Lager stays true to the German-style Lager (German for ‘to store’). We cold fermented our lager at a slow pace and stored it ice-cold for a minimum of 8 weeks. The result is a beer that is very crisp with more delicate hop flavours and a stronger malt backbone. This beer is the perfect choice for a refreshing pint in warm weather.

Mouthfeel: crisp and refreshing, light & easy drinking
Aroma: corn and bready
Crafty Wheat
Our wheat beer not only contains barley but also wheat (50%). This creates a smooth, almost silky taste. The flavours, in this case, are less from the hops and predominantly from the orange peel and coriander seeds which are crushed up and added to the boil. This gives the beer a refreshing taste of orange with a hint of spice. In this creation, we brought all tastes into the glass while keeping the alcohol percentage low. This beer is a perfect introduction to the world of beers.

Crafty Stout
The perfect beer to warm you up on a chilly evening. What makes our stout so distinct from the other crafty brews is the selection of grains. Here we played with a selection of roasted barley that creates that rich coffee and chocolate note and oats to bring out a texture so smooth you’ll be asking for more.

Mouthfeel: Full-bodied and Rich
Aroma: coffee, chocolate and blackberry
Colour: Black
Taste. Coffee notes, roasted malt, and some sweetness with hints of chocolate.
